Welcome to InstaSpy. By using our app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InstaSpy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

InstaSpy is a social media analytics tool that allows users to:

• Track Instagram account follower changes
• View who is not following you back
• View Instagram stories anonymously
• Receive notifications about account activity

3. Account Registration

To use InstaSpy, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Subscription and Payments

InstaSpy offers premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Weekly Subscription: $4.99 per week
• Yearly Subscription: $49.99 per year

Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription. Any unused portion of the free trial is forfeited when you subscribe.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Service
• Harass, stalk, or harm other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the app
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Share your account with others

7. Instagram Integration

InstaSpy uses publicly available Instagram data and third-party APIs. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram is subject to Instagram's own Terms of Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

InstaSpy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data will always be accurate or up-to-date
• The service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InstaSpy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
