How do I track an Instagram account?

Go to the Tracking tab, tap the "+" button, and enter the Instagram username you want to track. You'll receive notifications when there are changes to their followers or following.

Why can't I see some profiles?

InstaSpy can only access public Instagram profiles. If an account is private, we cannot retrieve their follower information.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find InstaSpy and tap "Cancel Subscription"

How do I restore my purchases?

If you've previously subscribed, go to the paywall screen and tap "Restore" at the bottom. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm by typing "DELETE". This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Is my data safe?

Yes. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) with industry-standard encryption. Your data is never shared with third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
